The formula to weight loss is easy…Eat less & exercise more! If you remember this on your weight loss journey it’ll be a piece of cake* (which you can eat but not the whole damn thing. lol.) Now put the rest of those chips and dip down and bust a sweat!!! (5-6 days a week for 1 hour!! Add resistance training and interval cardio sessions and you’ll see your body change quickly. Don’t eliminate nothing from your diet…just eat less of it…Trust me I lost 60 pounds in 8 months

Why the heck is there an EGG w/ foods to avoid. Everything else is completely obvious… but eggs? No way. Even the Cholesterol in eggs is good if you are exercising. Contrary to popular belief Yolks ( from free run eggs ) or very very good for you. I eat amongst other things for breakfast foods 6 egg whites and 2 Regular eggs. The only reason I don’t eat 8 eggs is because it can get high in calorie intake when your only eating 2100-2700 depending on goals.

Marathon runners are “FIT” & Not “FAT” Idiot they do not need to loose weight & they must be of a reasonably good fitness to attempt a marathon! the reason they stuff the carbs is so that they get the eergy as they have little fat stores & would burn muscle if they had no carbs END OF CONVO! @Stonewalljackson7 as matter of fact yes i am going to continue eating that stuff i’m training for the royal marines and most millitary breakfasts are full english breakfast though i’l just single out the egg& baccon, i’m in good nick and can run walk or carry loads for miles so, don’t try and say i don’t know what i am talking about starchy food like bread are much harder to burn fat bcoz u hav 2 burn the carbs b4 your body fat and that counts for any high carb low calorie foods!!
lets see, umm , maybe you should know what you’re talking about before you type. You can lose weight on ANY diet. I lost 30 pounds but i have never had trouble losing weight when i wanted to. Diets are stupid, you have to make it a lifestyle. Are you going to continue eating that stuff? Its hi fat, hi protein, hi cholesterol and hi sodium. Good choice
